What If My Vehicle Needs Repairing During A Pre-Booked Car Service?
If you’ve booked your vehicle in for a service, and we discover a serious issue which needs repairing, we will stop the service and contact you. We’ll talk you through the problem we’ve discovered, how serious it is and how much it is likely to cost. In most cases, we are happy to perform the vehicle repairs for you. However, you can still collect your vehicle and bring it back at a later date. If the car is dangerous to drive, we recommend that you don’t drive until the issue is repaired.
